Two personalities. One terrifying transformation.

Enter the dark world of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde with this striking 2026 Monster Collection 1 oz Silver Colorized Bar from Scottsdale Mint.

Inspired by one of literature’s most famous tales of duality, transformation and the darker side of human nature, this release brings the legendary characters of Dr. Henry Jekyll and Mr. Edward Hyde to life through dramatic artwork and vivid colourization.

The story follows the respectable Dr. Jekyll, whose experiments lead to the creation of a potion capable of transforming him into his sinister alter ego, Mr. Hyde. The contrast between the two personalities has made Jekyll and Hyde enduring figures in gothic literature and popular culture.

Its detailed colourized artwork emphasises the dramatic contrast between the sophisticated Dr. Jekyll and the frightening Mr. Hyde, creating a design that stands apart from conventional silver bullion.

The Story Behind Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde

Originally created by Scottish author Robert Louis Stevenson, the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde explores the struggle between the respectable and darker sides of human nature.

Dr. Jekyll develops a chemical formula that allows him to separate these opposing personalities, transforming himself into the increasingly dangerous Mr. Hyde. What begins as an experiment soon becomes something Jekyll can no longer fully control.

More than a century later, the names Jekyll and Hyde remain synonymous with dramatic changes in personality and the battle between good and evil.

The 2026 Scottsdale Mint Monster Collection – Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde 1 oz Silver Colorized Bar captures this legendary transformation in .999 fine silver, making it an excellent addition to the complete Monster Collection.
