Adult Emu & Five Chicks

The reverse portrays an adult emu walking alongside five young chicks through an Australian landscape. A blue sky and vivid orange sun add colour to the background, creating a striking contrast against the silver surface.

The design also incorporates “AUSTRALIAN EMU”, the 2026 year-date, weight and purity, together with The Perth Mint’s traditional “P” mintmark.

The obverse features Dan Thorne’s effigy of King Charles III, together with the coin’s Australian monetary denomination.
